I purchased a Smok stick Prince. I had it 3 days when it started to leak like a sive. I contacted vape.com and explained the leaking. Their response was "leaking is not covered by the warranty." Seriously???? Three days old and it is not covered. Don't do business with this company. They sell faulty vapes. I was told to contact the company.
I found the coils I needed right away, I had a hard time finding them anywhere else. I also received them super fast too.

I ordered last week and I still have not gotten any information on shipping or where my purchase is. I have ordered from here in the past and it was great, I made a large purchase this time and I have not heard anything. A little upset about this!
I haven't gotten a email verification and I've tried emailing the 3 times and no response over a 4 day period

I just started vapeing, seemed like a good idea, it helps me sleep. Like a rock. Good stuff they defininteley hooked up a dude dying of cancer. Makes me feel good though. Lovin it.
So i made a order on 2/18/21. 1st issue was when i got on the site it said if i enter my email i would get 10% of witch i did not, i had to contact support to get a code and that took 4 days for them to respond. Next the USPS shipping they use is the lowest tier 5to7 days and since the USPS is having a hard time keeping up at the moment it seems like there packages gets push back to the end of the list cause it seems like everyone that orders from here is getting stuff late. i ordered on 2/18/21 and its now 3/2/21 and still no package. I contacted them on 2/25/21 asking if there is anything they can do to try to make this right and i have still not herd a word! If anything changes i will update my review but as of now i would stand clear of them!
Edit: So it did finally come, took 14 days from the day I ordered it and they did refund me the shipping cost. They only replied to me after I posted here, they never replied to my support email. I cant blame them to much on the shipping time but I wish there customer service was a bit better. I hope they do change to UPS or FEDEX.
